About the seller & contact

AI Craft Mastery is an educational publishing website by Yanfei Li, an independent author based in Knoxville, Tennessee, United States. We publish practical ebooks about artificial intelligence, AI agents and software development.

For questions before buying, download help, refund requests or privacy inquiries, email benky.tide@gmail.com. For an existing purchase, include the book title and your order number or purchase email. Do not send payment card numbers.

What you receive & pricing

Each book is sold separately as a one-time digital purchase. The book page lists its price in US dollars (USD), included file formats and companion materials. Review the final amount, including any applicable taxes, in checkout before paying. No subscription or recurring payment is included.

These are downloadable products; no physical book is shipped. Optional external APIs, provider accounts and paid software used in examples are not included in the ebook price.

Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, you can download your files from the confirmation page. A download link is also sent to the email address used at checkout. Email can sometimes be delayed; the confirmation page remains available after successful payment. You do not need a store account.

Download links are valid for 30 days after purchase. Save the files for continued offline access. If a link expires or a file is missing, email benky.tide@gmail.com with your order details for help. Digital delivery has no shipping charge.

7-day full refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, including if you have already downloaded the files. Email benky.tide@gmail.com within that period and include your order number or the email address used for the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider. After a refund, access to the paid download is revoked and you must stop using and delete your copies of the ebook. Any companion code remains subject to its separate license.

For a duplicate charge, missing files or another payment problem, contact us even if more than 7 days have passed so we can investigate. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

License

The ebook is for the purchaser's personal use. You may keep copies on your own devices. Please do not share, redistribute or resell the ebook. Companion code has the license specified on the book page and in its included files; for Building AI Agents from Scratch, the companion source code is provided under the MIT license.

Your full purchase email address and an order reference appear in the footer of each PDF page. These watermarks discourage unauthorized sharing and help us investigate redistributed copies. Anyone who sees a marked page or screenshot can see the email address. Watermarks do not contain your name, payment details or download credentials, and do not restrict reading, printing or copying code for your own use.

Privacy

When you browse this site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as network addresses and requests to deliver and protect the pages and sample files. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your inquiry.

The store uses your checkout email, order identifiers, purchase amount and payment status to deliver your files, maintain purchase records and provide support. Payment card details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Stripe may also collect billing details for payment verification and tax calculation.

Cloudflare hosts the website, order database and protected book files. Stripe processes payments and Google Gmail sends purchase emails from benky.tide@gmail.com. These providers process the information needed to perform their services. Their privacy notices are available from Cloudflare, Stripe and Google.

We do not sell personal information, use advertising trackers on this storefront or add buyers to a marketing mailing list. Checkout uses browser session storage to avoid duplicate purchase requests. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit abusive payment and download requests.

We retain purchase and support information for as long as needed to deliver purchases, maintain business records, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact benky.tide@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records that remain necessary for those purposes.
